Our cleaning process uses a specially developed cleansing solution and high-pressure, hot water rinse. We can clean all your natural stone and ceramic tiled surfaces: Kitchen floors, countertops, bathroom floors, foyers and entryways, halls, and sunrooms. Your tile and grout surfaces will be restored to like new condition, saving you valuable time and money.
After the tile and grout is completely dried we can apply a protective sealer. The sealer gives your tile and grout protective properties that don’t change the appearance of your flooring.

First, our technicians vacuum any loose soil, and then strip the old finish off with commercial floor stripper using a professional floor machine. We then use a powerful method to rinse and dry. We apply a base coat of wax to give the finish a good base and adhere to. Finally, we apply several coats of high quality commercial; high-gloss, non-skid floor finish. We use a high quality commercial cleaner/conditioner for leather furniture. We then apply cleaner by hand brushing into furniture. Finally, we thoroughly hand wipe clean with clean cotton cloth. There are many benefits to keeping your leather clean including the restoration and re-hydration of the natural oils in the leather, lengthening the leather life and softening of the leather that brings back that rich look

Drapery Cleaning

First, we test fabrics to see what type of cleaning method should be used. We then pre-vacuum the drapes. Finally, we steam or dry clean the drapes using a high-tech upholstery machine. We also offer an optional flame retardant spray, that
can be applied once the drapes are dry. This is highly recommended for smokers, children's rooms, and drapes that are close to heaters.
