We just wanted to say thank you for
the excellent, thorough and effective service delivery. As
you know, we had some severe urine stains as a result of our
Lab taking medication causing him to not be able to wait to
go outside. That was stressful enough, but what we thought
was the damage to carpeting was also an added stressor. When
we decided to try to see if they could be cleaned first before
replacing them, we were skeptical but the thought of having
to pay for new carpeting drove us to try cleaning first. We
are amazed and so grateful at how well the cleaning turned
out. The smell (no matter how many products we used on the
carpets prior to your cleaning them) was getting really overwhelming
as the heat and summer humidity continued day after day. After
your technician came in, it was virtually gone as well as
the stain spots. He explained that the remaining very faint
smell would decrease even more over time and that hopefully
would go away all together. In fact it has and we couldn’t
be happier. The technician was on time, extremely courteous,
helpful and efficient. It was a large job on a hot day without
air conditioning. He came in and got the job done, never complained
and it would appear that our rugs have been saved.
The customer service from the time we walked in to your office
through the actual cleaning is extraordinary and we will recommend
you and continue to use you in the future.

Great Job...As Usual...

In a Real Crisis--Call CLEAN RITE
We were away on vacation when we received a call from the
person watching our house. He informed us that our finished
basement was flooded! We called Clean Rite and their technician
arrived promptly and removed more than 20 gallons of water
from our carpet.
In addition, he left several very large
fans--More importantly, the owner of the business checked
in regularly to ensure that there would be no permanent damage.
Since then, we have relied upon Clean
Rite for all of our routine carpet care. Clean Rite is a wonderful
asset to our local business community!!!
